Notice is hereby given that the Issues Paper for Group A Entrants under the Rules For Setting the Distribution Wheeling Rates (RDWR) is hereby posted for comment.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the Issues Paper at the ERC Main Office at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City, not later than November 6, 2009. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph. The public consultation is hereby scheduled on November 17, 2009 from 9:00AM to 12:00NN at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
The draft may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office or may be downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
