Notice is hereby given that the proposed Modifications to the Rules For Setting the Distribution Wheeling Rates (RDWR) is hereby posted for comment.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the proposed modifications at the ERC Main Office at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City, not later than November 6, 2009. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph. The public consultation is hereby scheduled on November 16, 2009 at 2:00PM to 5:00PM at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
