Notice is hereby given that on January 19, 2009, the Commission posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the final draft of the proposed amendment of Sections 4 and 5 of the Guidelines to Govern the Imposition of Administrative Sanctions in the Form of Fines and Penalties Pursuant to Section 46 of Republic Act No. 9136 ("Guidelines").
Relative thereto, all interested parties may submit their final comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the proposed amendments of the Guidelines on or before January 29, 2009. Electronic copies may be sent to legal@erc.gov.ph. The proposed amendments may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address.
