Invitation to comment on the Proposed Rules for the Distribution of Net Settlement Surplus

Notice is hereby given that the draft “Rules for the Distribution of Net Settlement Surplus” has undergone revisions as a result of the public consultation thereon held on 29 October 2008.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before 28 January 2009. Electronic copies may be sent to wesm.erc@belltel.com.ph or cvdelasilva@erc.gov.ph. Hard copies may be delivered at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) c/o Debora Anastacia T. Layugan, Director, Market Operations Service or through fax number 633-3253.

The said Rules may be photocopied at cost during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Websites at www.erc.gov.ph.
