Notice is hereby given that on January 12, 2009, the Commission posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the “Petition for the Adoption of Proposed Assets Valuation Guidelines” filed by the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) on January 9, 2009.
Relative thereto, a public consultation on the said Petition is hereby set on February 23, 2009 (Monday) at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
All
interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies)
on the proposed Guidelines on or before February 13, 2009. Electronic copies
may be sent to tarrifs@erc.gov.ph.
Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period
would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. The
proposed Guidelines may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours
at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address.
