Amended Notice of Public Consultation on the Rules on the Default Wholesale Supply Arrangements
Notice is hereby given that the Commission is soliciting proposed amendments on the Rules on Default Wholesale Supply Arrangements (DWS). The proposed amendments may be considered by the Commission in extending and enhancing or terminating the said Rules. It is scheduled for public consultation on the following dates and venues:

All interested parties may submit their proposed amendments (in both hard and soft copies) on or before April 21, 2008. Electronic copies may be sent to wesm.erc@belltel.com.ph or cvdelasilva@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written amendments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. The current Rules on DWS may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
