Notice is hereby given that the draft “Rules for the Implementation of Power Supply Option Program in Luzon” (previously referred to as “Rules for the Implementation of Interim Open Access in Luzon) has undergone revisions as a result of the public consultation thereon held on 04 September 2008.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before 06 January 2008. Electronic copies may be sent to contestable@erc.gov.ph. Hard copies may be delivered at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) c/o Debora Anastacia T. Layugan, Director, Market Operations Service or through fax number 633-3253.
The said Rules may be photocopied at cost during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Websites at www.erc.gov.ph or at buyyourelectricity.com.ph.
