Resolution Invitation to comment for the Proposed Amendments to the Guidelines for the Sale and Transfer of the Transco's Sub-Transmission Assets and Franchising of Qualified Consortiums
Notice is hereby given that on November 17, 2008, the Commission shall post in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the “Proposed Amendments to the Guidelines for the Sale and Transfer of the Transco’s Sub-transmission Assets and the Franchising of Qualified Consortiums.”
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies)
using the prescribed format on or before December 2, 2008. Electronic copies
may be sent to standards@erc.gov.ph.
The said proposed Amendments to the Guidelines may be photocopied at cost, during
regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, 17th Floor, Pacific Center, San
Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
