AInvitation to comment for the amending/updating of the OATS Rules
Notice
is hereby given that the Commission will be amending/updating the Open
Access Transmission Service (OATS) Rules. The list of proposed issues
subject for amendments is hereto attached as Annex “A”. Relative
thereto, all interested parties may submit their proposals for amendment and
comments (both hard and soft copies) using the prescribed format (attached as
Annex “B”), on or before December 15, 2008. Electronic
copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph.
The said Rules may be downloaded at our website www.erc.gov.ph
or photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office
at the above-mentioned address.
