ResolutionInvitation to comment for the 2nd draft Resolution Adopting a New System Loss Cap for DU's
Notice is hereby given that on November 11, 2008, the Commission shall post in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the second (2nd) draft “Resolution Adopting a New System Loss Cap for Distribution Utilities (DUs)”.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) using the prescribed format on or before November 27, 2008. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph. The said draft Resolution may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, 17th Floor, Pacific Center, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
