Notice is hereby given that the Commission shall be conducting a public consultation for the “Rules Governing the Automatic Cost Adjustment and True-Up Mechanisms for Distribution Utilities” on November 21, 2008 at 8:30 A.M. up to 12:00 P.M. to be held at Eduardo Aboitiz Development Studies Center, No. 35 Lopez Jaena St., Cebu City for the Visayas and Mindanao distribution utilities (DUs). Public Consultation for the Luzon DUs shall be on November 25, 2008 at 8:30 A.M. up to 12:00 P.M., to be held at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Relative thereto, all interested parties may submit their comments (both paper
and electronic copies) on or before November 12, 2008. Electronic
copies may be sent to ngcanlas@erc.gov.ph.
The said Rules may be downloaded at our website www.erc.gov.ph
or photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office
at the above-mentioned address.
