is hereby given that the draft “Resolution Adopting Policies to
Govern the Transition Supply Contracts (TSCs) Which Have Been Assigned and Transferred
to National Power Corporation (NPC) Successor Generating Companies”
is scheduled for public consultation on 19 November 2008 at nine o’clock
in the morning (9:00 A.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific
Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City. Said Resolution
may be downloaded from the ERC-administered website at www.erc.gov.ph or may
be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies)
on the proposed Rules on or before 11 November 2008. Electronic
copies may be sent to wesm.erc@belltel.com.ph. Parties who
have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be
given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation.
