In
relation to the on going benchmarking process for Electric Cooperatives (ECs),
all ECs are directed to submit the following data covering the period from January
– December 2007 using the prescribed format hereto attached as Annex “A”
to”D”:
1. kWh Sales;
2. No of Customers;
3. Non-coincident peak (NCP);
4. Billing frequency Distribution;
5. Customer Segmentation by voltage level; and
6. Effective rates calculation per customer type (January – March 2008)
The
aforementioned data/documents are essential for the calculation of the EC’s
benchmark rate design per customer type and should be submitted on or before
October 27, 2008. Soft copies of said submission should be emailed to rexiebaldo@yahoo.com
within the same prescribed period.
