Notice is hereby given that the 4th Expository Public Consultation on the Classification and Efficiency Analysis of Philippine Electric Cooperatives (ECs) is scheduled on October 9, 2008 (Thursday) at two in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City for Luzon ECs and October 10, 2008 (Friday) at two in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the Marcelo B. Fernan Cebu Press Center, DepEd Compound, Sudlon Lahug, Cebu City for Visayas and Mindanao ECs.
All
interested parties may download the topics (Revised EC Groupings, Average Distribution
Supply Metering Rates, and Capex Rate) subject of the expository public consultation
from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph. Comments would be entertained
during the above-scheduled public consultations.
