Notice of Public Consultation on the draft Rules for the Distribution of Net Settlement Surplus
Notice is hereby given that the draft “Rules for the Distribution of Net Settlement Surplus” is scheduled for public consultation on 29 October 2008 at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City. Said Rules may be downloaded from the ERC-administered website at www.erc.gov.ph or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies)
on the proposed Rules on or before 16 October 2008. Electronic
copies may be sent to wesm.erc@belltel.com.ph
or cvdelasilva@erc.gov.ph.
Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period
would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation.
