Notice is hereby given that on September 16, 2008, the Commission posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the proposed amendment of Sections 4 and 5 of the Guidelines to Govern the Imposition of Administrative Sanctions in the Form of Fines and Penalties Pursuant to Section 46 of Republic Act No. 9136 ("Guidelines").
Relative thereto, a public consultation on the said proposed amendments of the Guidelines is hereby set on October 9, 2008 (Thursday) at nine o'clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.) at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
All
interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies)
on the proposed amendments of the Guidelines on or before October 2,
2008. Electronic copies may be sent to legal@erc.gov.ph.
Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period
would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. The
proposed amendments may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours
at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address.
