Draft Rules for Interim Open Access in Luzon Invitation for comment on the draft Rules for Interim Open Access
Without
prejudice to the Decision of the Commission in ERC Case No. 2008-026 RC and
only for the purpose of opening up discussions on the necessary rules to be
put in place in the event that the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) favorably
acts on the Petition for Interim Open Access, notice is hereby given that the
draft “Rules for Interim Open Access in Luzon” is scheduled
for public consultation on 4 September 2008 at nine o’clock (9:00 A.M.)
to five o’clock (5:00 P.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific
Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City. Said
Rules may be downloaded from the ERC-administered websites at www.erc.gov.ph.
or www.buyyourelectricity.com.ph.
or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main
Office.
All
interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on
the proposed Rules on or before 28 August 2008. Electronic
copies may be sent thru e-mail at
contestable@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written comments
on or before the prescribed period would be given priority for discussion during
the above-scheduled public consultation
