Notice is hereby given that the Commission is conducting a public consultation for the proposed “Rules Governing the Confirmation Process of the Automatic Cost Adjustment and True-Up Mechanisms Approved by the Energy Regulatory Commission” on July 31, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. up to 5:00 P.M., to be held at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Relative thereto, all interested parties may submit their comments (both paper
and electronic copies) on or before July 18, 2008. Electronic
copies may be sent to investigation@erc.gov.ph.
The said Rules may be downloaded at our website www.erc.gov.ph
or photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office
at the above-mentioned address.
