In relation to the Draft Rules for Approval of Regulated Entities' Capital Expenditure Projects, all interested parties may submit their additional comments (both hard and soft copies) on or before July 3, 2008.

Electronic copies may be sent to standards@erc.gov.ph. The said Rules and matrix of earlier comments may be downloaded at our website www.erc.gov.ph or photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address.
