Notice is hereby given that the Draft Rules to Govern the Refund of Meter Deposits to Residential and Non-Residential Customers is posted at the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph for comment.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the proposed rules on or before May 23, 2008. Electronic copies may be sent to consumer@erc.gov.ph. The said rules may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
