Notice is hereby given that the 2nd draft of the proposed Rules for the Recovery of Deferred Accounting Adjustment for the Fuel and Purchased Power Costs and Incremental Foreign Currency Exchange Rate by the National Power Corporation (NPC) and NPC Small Power Utilities Group (NPC-SPUG) is posted for submission of final comments (in hard and soft copies) on or before June 2, 2008. Said comments may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph.
