CostsNotice of Public Consultation on ERC Case Nos. 2008-001RM and 2008-002RM
Notice is hereby given that the Commission will be conducting public consultations on the Adoption of the Rules on Consolidated Annual Filing by Distribution Utilities for the Recovery of Various Pass Through Costs (ERC Case No. 2008 - 001RM) and the Adoption of the Rules for the Recovery of Deferred Accounting Adjustment for Fuel and Purchased Power Costs and Incremental Foreign Currency Exchange Rate by the National Power Corporation and (NPC) NPC Small Power Utilities Group (NPC-SPUG) (ERC CASE No. 2008 - 002RM) as follows:
1) For Luzon DUs – February 27, 2008 at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 PM) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City;
2) For Visayas DUs - February 26, 2008 at nine thirty in the morning (9:30 A.M.) at Rajah Park Hotel, Fuente Osmena Blvd., Cebu City; and
3) For Mindanao DUs – February 26, 2008 at one thirty (1:30 P.M.) to four o’clock (4:00 P.M.) in the afternoon at Rajah Park Hotel, Fuente Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City.
