Notice is hereby given that the Commission has set a Public Consultation for the draft Rules for the Recovery of Costs Associated with the “Sale for Resale Agreements” By, Between or Among Distribution Utilities, on March 5, 2008 at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 PM) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All parties may submit their comments (in both printed and soft copies) or e-mail them at wsbalilia@erc.gov.ph. on or before February 26, 2008. Parties who shall file their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be accorded priority during the public consultation.
