Notice on the Adoption of the Rules on One Time Filing of Recoverable Costs by the DUs

Notice is hereby given that the Commission will be conducting an expository public consultation on the Adoption of the Rules on One Time Filing of Recoverable Costs by the Distribution Utilities, as follows:

1) For Luzon DUs - January 23, 2008 at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 PM) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City;

2) For Visayas DUs - January 25, 2008 at nine o’clock in the morning (9:00 AM) at Rajah Park Hotel, Fuente Osmena Blvd., Cebu City; and

3) For Mindanao DUs – January 25, 2008 at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 PM) at Rajah Park Hotel, Fuente Osmena Blvd., Cebu City.
