Notice is hereby given that the public consultation on the “Rules to Govern the Issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to Distribution Utilities and the National Transmission Corporation (TRANSCO)” is scheduled on October 15, 2007 (Monday) at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed format on or before October 8, 2007. Electronic copies may be sent to standards@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. The said Rules may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address.
