Notice is hereby given that the public consultation on the “Rules to Govern the Application and Approval of the Time-of-Use (TOU) Retail Rates of Distribution Utilities (DUs) Sourcing 100% of Their Power Requirements From the National Power Corporation (NPC)” is scheduled on October 16, 2007 (Tuesday) at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
All
interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on
the proposed format on or before October 10, 2007. Electronic
copies may be sent to tarriffsrates@erc.gov.ph.
Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period
would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. The
said Rules may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the
ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address.
