Notice is hereby given that the first draft of the “Rules for Contestability” had undergone revisions as a result of the public consultation held on July 4, 2007.
The second draft of the above mentioned Rules is scheduled for public consultation on October 9, 2007 at two o’clock (2:00 P.M.) to five o’clock (5:00 P.M.) in the afternoon at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City. Said Rules may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph. or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.
All
interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on
the proposed Rules on or before October 4, 2007. Electronic copies may be sent
to aamendoza@erc.gov.ph
or contestable@erc.gov.ph.
Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period
would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation.
