Notice is hereby given that after an initial evaluation of the proposed classification of electric cooperatives, the Commission has resolved to adopt the classification contained in the attached document marked as Annex "A".
Relative
thereto, all ECs are hereby directed to submit their respective comments (both
hard and soft copies) on the said classification on or before November
20, 2007. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffsrates@erc.gov.ph.
