Notice is hereby given that the public consultation on the second (2nd) revision of the proposed draft "Rules to Govern the Application and Approval of the Time-of-Use (TOU) Retail Rates of Distribution Utilities (DUs) Sourcing 100% of Their Power Requirements From the National Power Corporation (NPC)" is scheduled on November 6, 2007 (Tuesday) at nine o'clock in the morning (9:00A.M.) at Rafy Eduardo Aboitiz Study Center, Lopez Jaena St. Tinago, Cebu City.
All
interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on
the proposed format on or before October 31, 2007. Electronic
copies may be sent to tariffsrates@erc.gov.ph.
Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period
would be given priority during the scheduled public consultation. The said Rules
may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main
Office, 15th/F Pacific Center Bldg., San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig
City.
