Notice of Public Consultation on EPIRA Amendments

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Energy has set a public consultation for the “Proposed Amendments to Sections 4 (e) and (s) Rule 3 and Section 7 Rule 18 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the EPIRA” on May 18, 2007 at nine in the morning (9:00 AM) at the PLDT Multimedia Lecture Hall, Electronics & Electrical Engineering Department, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.

All parties may submit their comments or email them at asbarce@doe.gov.ph and fgbaldo@erc.gov.ph on or before May 15, 2007. Parties who shall file their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be accorded priority during the public consultation.

The proposed amendments may be photocopied during office hours at the DOE and ERC offices or may be downloaded from the DOE and ERC websites at www.doe.gov.ph and www.erc.gov.ph.
