Notice is hereby given that the drafts of the proposed “Classification and Benchmarking Analysis of Philippine Electric Cooperatives” and “Proposed Methodology for Efficiency Benchmarking of Philippine Electric Cooperatives” are posted on this website for public comments.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Classification and Benchmarking methodology on or before May 11, 2007. Hard copies may be delivered at the ERC Main Office c/o Dir. Ellen C. Aguila of the Regulatory Operations Service (ROS) or through fax number (02) 634-8641, and soft copies may be sent to tariffsrates@erc.gov.ph. Said Rules may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office

May 3, 2007	Expository Hearing for Luzon Electric Cooperatives to be held at the ERC Hearing Room at 9:00 a.m.
May 4, 2007	Expository Hearing for Visayas Electric Cooperatives to be held at the Aboitiz Training Center, 35 Lopez Jaena St., Cebu City at 9:00 a.m.
May 4, 2007	Expository Hearing for Mindanao Electric Cooperatives to be held at the Aboitiz Training Center, 35 Lopez Jaena St., Cebu City at 2:00 p.m.
May 11, 2007	Deadline for the submission of comments both in printed and electronic forms.
May 17, 2007	Public consultation to be held at the ERC Hearing Room at 9:00 a.m.
