Public Consultation on the Rules for the Recovery of Deferred Accounting Adjustment for Fuel and Purchased Power Costs by National Power Corporation (NPC) and NPC Small Power Utilities Group (NPC-SPUG)
Notice is hereby given that the public consultation on the draft Rules for the Recovery of Deferred Accounting Adjustment for Fuel and Purchased Power Costs by National Power Corporation (NPC) and NPC Small Power Utilities Group (NPC-SPUG) is scheduled on March 7, 2007 (Wednesday), at two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00 PM) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the draft Rules on or before February 23, 2007. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffsrates@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be accorded priority during the public consultation.
The draft Rules may be photocopied at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded for the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
