Public Consultation for the Regulatory Reset Issues Paper on the Regulatory Reset Process for Regulated DUs entering Performance Based Regulation (Second Entry Point)
Notice is hereby given that the Commission has set a public consultation for the "Regulatory Rest Issues Paper on the Regulatory Reset Process for Regulated Distribution Utilities Entering Performance Based Regulation (Second Entry Point)", on March 5, 2007 at nine in the morning (9:00AM) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) or e-mail them at tariffsrates@erc.gov.ph on or before February 23, 2007. Please use the Table for Comments attached. Parties who shall file their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be accorded priority during the public consultation.
The Regulatory Reset Issues Paper may be photocopied at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded for the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
