Notice is hereby given that the Proposed Revisions to the Philippine Grid Code are now posted on the ERC website to solicit comments from industry participants prior to promulgation. Public consultation is scheduled on 21 September 2006 at 9:00 A.M. at ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City
All
interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on
or before 14 September 2006. Hard copies of your comments may be submitted to
the ERC Main Office addressed to Market Operations Service (MOS) of the ERC.
Electronic copies of your comments may be sent through spotmarket@erc.gov.ph
or dtlayugan@erc.gov.ph.
The Proposed Revisions to the Philippine Grid Code may be photocopied, at cost,
during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, Pacific Center Building
San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City, or may be downloaded from the
ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
