Notice is
hereby given that the proposed Amended Rules for the Automatic Adjustment of
Generation Rates and System Loss Rates by Distribution Utilities (DUs) drafted
by the Commission is scheduled for a public consultation on July 7, 2006 to
start at two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th
Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies)
on the proposed rules on or before June 28, 2006. Electronic copies may be sent
to regulatory
@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written comments on or
before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above scheduled
public consultation.
Pertinent documents relative to this consultation may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
