is hereby given that the Commission has set a public consultation for the Preliminary
Calculation of the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) that Would Apply
During the Second Regulatory Period pursuant to the Performance Based Regulation
of Privately Owned Electricity Distribution Utilities, on July 10, 2006 at nine
thirty in the morning (9:30 A.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific
Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies)
on the Preliminary Calculation not later than June 30, 2006. Electronic copies
may be sent to tariffsrates@erc.gov.ph.
Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period
would be given priority during the above scheduled public consultation.
Pertinent documents relative to this consultation may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
