is hereby given that the proposed Rules for the Calculation of the Over or Under
Recovery in the Implementation of Transmission Rates and the Corresponding Transmission
System Loss Rates by Distribution Utilities drafted by the Commission is scheduled
for a public consultation on July 6, 2006 (Thursday) to start at nine o'clock
in the morning (9:00 A.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center
Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies)
on the proposed Rules on or before June 16, 2006 (Friday). Electronic copies
may be sent to tariffsrates@erc.gov.ph.
Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period
would be given priority during the above scheduled public consultation. The
proposed Rules may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours
at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from
the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
