Notice of public consultation on the Draft Rules for Setting Distribution Wheeling Rates
Notice is hereby given that the Commission has scheduled for public consultation the "Draft Rules for Setting Distribution Wheeling Rates for Privately Owned Distribution Utilities Entering Performance Based Regulation (First Entry Point)", which updated the "Guidelines on the Methodology for Setting Distribution Wheeling Rates - Privately Owned Distribution Utilities (DWRG).
The Commission has set the proposed set of Draft Guidelines for public consultation on June 13, 2006 (Tuesday) at nine-thirty in the morning (9:30A.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the Draft Guidelines not later than May 31, 2006. Electronic copies may be sent to tarriffsrates@erc.gov.ph. The provisions of the said Draft Guidelines on which comments are being solicited from the industry participants are those pertaining to the changes to the original DWRG document, which was promulgated by the Commission on December 10, 2004 under Resolution No. 12-02, Series fo 2004. Parties who shall file their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be accorded priority during the public consultation.
The Draft Guidelines may be photocopied at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above mentioned address or may be downloaded form the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
