Public hearing on the Rules of Practice and Procedure before the ERC
Notice is hereby given that the proposed RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE
BEFORE THE ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION is scheduled for public hearing
on 12 May 2006 (Friday) from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 NN. and from 2:00 P.M.
to 5:00 P.M. at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building,
San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (by personal delivery,
mail, courier, or email) on the proposed rules on or before 9 May 2006
addressed to Dir. Francis Saturnino C. Juan, Office of the General and
Secretariat, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue,
Ortigas Center, Pasig City (fscjuan@erc.gov.ph). Only parties who have
filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period will
be allowed to participate in the above scheduled public hearing.
The proposed rules may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office
hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be
downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
