Notice of expository hearing for the approval of the Price Determination Methodology for the Philippine WESM
Notice is hereby given that the expository hearing for the approval of the Price Determination Methodology (PDM) for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) is set on 03 April 2006, 9:00 a.m. at the ERC – Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
In
the expository hearing, the applicant is expected to make a concise
presentation of the case. The hearing is intended to provide all parties
a thorough understanding of all the issues contained therein, and allow
interested parties to pose their respective clarifications.
The Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) re-filed with the
Commission its application on 22 February 2006.
