Notice of public consultation on the proposed Rules on Redistribution of Electricity
Notice is hereby given that a Public Consultation on
the proposed Rules on Redistribution of Electricity is set on April
21, 2006, 2:00 P.M. at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center
Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit comments (hard and soft copies) on
the proposed Rules on or before March 31, 2006 at the 12th Floor, Pacific
Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City. Comments may also be
sent thru facsimile at telefax no. (02)687-5577 or e-mail at consumer@erc.gov.ph,
or mccgines@erc.gov.ph. Only parties who have filed their written comments
on or before the prescribed period would be allowed to participate in
the above scheduled public consultation. The proposed Rules may be photocopied,
at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the
above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at
www.erc.gov.ph.
