Notice is hereby given that the public consultations on the proposed definition of Connection Asset originally scheduled on March 13, 20 and 21, 2006 are transferred to the following dates and venues:
A.
For Luzon – March 22, 2006 (2:00 P.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room,
15th Floor Pacific Center Bldg., San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center,
Pasig City
B. For Visayas – March 23, 2006 (2:00 P.M.) at IBP Social Hall,
IBP Bldg., Capitol Complex, Cebu City
C. For Mindanao - March 21, 2006 (2:00 P.M.) at DTI Conference Room,
2nd Floor, Mintrade Bldg., Monteverde corner Sales St., Davao City
Parties who may wish to file their comments may file the same both in hard and soft copies at the ERC Main Office, Docket Section, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Bldg., Ortigas Center, Pasig City or at regulatory@erc.gov.ph, respectively not later than March 20, 2006.
