Notice is hereby given of the holding of Public Consultations on the Guidelines for the Regulation of Qualified Third Parties performing Missionary Electrification in Areas declared Unviable".
The Commission has set two (2) more public consultations (in addition to those held on January 30, 2006 at General Santos City; on February 9, 2006 at Pototan, Iloilo; on February 27, 2006 in Puerto Princesa, Palawan; and on March 3, 2006, in the ERC Hearing Room 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City) following this schedule

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft
copies) on or before March 6, 2006 (for the North Luzon areas), March
17, 2006 (for the Davao Del Sur area). Parties who have filed their
written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority
in the discussion in the above scheduled public consultation. The proposed
guidelines may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours
at the ERC Main Office at the above mentioned address or may be downloaded
from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
