Notice is hereby given that the draft Competition Rules and Complaint Procedures are now posted on the ERC website to solicit final comments from industry participants. The Competition Rules and Complaint Procedures have been subjected to a series of public consultations in 2004.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on or before 03 March 2006. Hard copies of your comments may be submitted to the ERC Main Office addressed to Market Operations Service (MOS) of the ERC. Soft copies of your comments may be sent through spotmarket@erc.gov.ph or dtlayugan@erc.gov.ph The proposed Competition Rules and Complaint Procedures may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, Pacific Center Building San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City, or may be downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph
