Notice is hereby given hearing for the approval of the structure and level of Market Fees for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market is set on February 7 & 14, 2006 two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00PM), 15th Floor, ERC Hearing Room, Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue Ortigas Center Pasig City.
The Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) filed with the Commission its application for the approval of the structure and level of Market on 14 November 2005.
