Notice on the draft Rules for Recovery of NPC Stranded Contract Costs and Stranded Debts Portion of the Universal Charge

Notice is hereby given that the Commission adopted the draft “Rules for Recovery of NPC Stranded Contract Costs and Stranded Debts Portion of the Universal Charge” which shall govern the petitions to be filed by the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) for the recovery of the National Power Corporation’s (NPC) Stranded Contract Costs and Stranded Debts portion of the Universal Charge. Said Rules may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before January 18, 2007. Electronic copies may be sent to aegatdula@erc.gov.ph.
