Notice is hereby given that draft Rules for the Adjustment of Generation Rates and System Loss Rates by Distribution Utilities is scheduled for its 2nd public consultation on January 17, 2007, two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00PM), 15th Floor ERC Hearing Room, Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue Ortigas Center Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both printed and electronic forms) on or before December 18, 2006 as follows: a) Printed copies may be submitted at the ERC Main Office addressed to Mr. Wilbert S. Balilia of the Regulatory Operations Service and b) electronic forms may be sent to regulatory@erc.gov.ph.
