Notice is hereby given that the Proposed Rules on the Accreditation of Hearing Officers/Technical Consultants and Their Appointment to Act as such in Cases before the Energy Regulatory Commission is currently posted on the ERC website.
All interested parties may submit their comments thereon, in hard and soft copies, on or before November 27, 2006. Comments may also be e-mailed at fgbaldo@erc.gov.ph. The proposed schedule may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph. There would be a public consultation on December 1, 2006 at the ERC Hearing Room at two (2:00) o' clock in the afternoon.
