Notice of expository hearing for the approval of the PDM for the Philippine WESM
Notice
is hereby given that the expository hearing for the approval of the Price Determination
Methodology for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) originally
scheduled on 31 January 2006 at 9:00AM is rescheduled at 2:00PM on the same
date at the 15th Floor, ERC Hearing Room, Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue
Ortigas Center Pasig City.
A continuation for the expository hearing if necessary, shall be held on the
next day 01 February 2006, after the initial hearing for the approval of the
level and structure of Market Fees for the WESM which is scheduled at 9:00AM
on said date.
