Notice is
hereby given that the initial public hearing for the approval of the administered
price for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market is set on February
13, 2006 nine o'clock in the morning (9:00AM), 15th Floor, ERC Hearing Room,
Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue Ortigas Center Pasig City.
The Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) filed its application with
the Commission on 19 December 2005.
